Data is ubiquitous, and both individuals and organizations rely on it for decision-making and understanding the world around us. At TigerGraph, I was privileged to work alongside top-notch data scientists and trainers, learning about the potential of Graph analytics, Machine Learning, and AI.
During my tenure at TigerGraph, I created various certification paths like TigerGraph Associate Certificate, Graph Algorithms for Machine Learning Certification, and Machine Learning Certification at basic and advanced levels. Here are a few samples from the curriculums and certification paths:
Background
Included in the Machine Learning Workbench Curriculum and TigerGraph Associate Exam are a series of mock-ups and videos. The curriculum itself comprises a 5-hour course divided into three distinct parts, offering a comprehensive overview of the product. This certification exam is open to all Graph-ML enthusiasts and can be registered for through TigerGraph University.
My Role: I managed this project from start to finish, which involved designing the test interface, badge, and certificate. I collaborated with subject matter experts to develop the question bank and integrated the test into the LMS platform using Zapier to interface with our badging partner, Credly. As a result, the entire process, from test creation to certification issuance, was streamlined and efficient.

Throughout my career, I have dedicated a significant amount of time to collaborating with IT clients, including SAAS, Cloud, Data Analytics, and Product Security teams. The following samples highlight my experience in IT Security, with subject matter expertise derived from The Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP), a non-profit foundation dedicated to improving software security.
Background
To avoid cybersecurity issues such as Log Forging and Insecure Direct Object Reference Vulnerabilities, developers can employ simple sanitization functions and include additional authorization checks while writing code. This course, developed for Equifax, aims to educate developers about these vulnerabilities and their potential consequences. By utilizing proven methods for prevention, developers can better safeguard their code and mitigate potential security risks.
My role: With subject matter expertise from the VP of Security, I developed approximately 20 micro-learning modules for just-in-time reference by software developers. The Sanitization functions were made available on Confluence for easy access and use.
Results: We received extensive positive feedback about these quick reference videos from the team leads and also noticed fewer vulnerabilities in the Fortify reports.

As part of my Master's program, I developed this sample course to fulfill a course requirement. The challenge was to make dry compliance content, such as EEO, more engaging. To achieve this, I curated the content, wrote the script, designed layouts, and authored the course for a fictitious company named Teletech. The result is a dynamic and engaging course that effectively presents important compliance information to learners.

I created this workshop for a BFSI employer where I worked for four years. While it was one of my first instructor-led training (ILT) sessions, it remains one of my favorites. For this project, I conducted extensive research and curated the content, in addition to writing and designing the workshop slides, facilitator's guide, and participants' handouts. The program included actionable takeaways that could be applied in daily work life to manage time more effectively. The feedback we received was outstanding, and we observed tangible results as managers demonstrated significant improvements in their time management skills.

I wrote this paper as a course requirement for my Master's program. This project focuses on solving a business problem for a fictional company through training. The paper includes a detailed gap, performance, and instructional analysis; identifying skill gaps by analyzing learners and contexts; defining measurable performance objectives, assessment instruments, and instructional strategy. The paper also covers how formative and summative evaluations play a vital role in determining the effectiveness of a training program.
