Who am I?

I'm an L&D specialist who combines broad technical skills with Instructional Design, Training Operations, Project Management, and LMS Administration.  I have experience working on projects that span many industries, including BFSI, IT, Manufacturing, and Telecom.  I'm equally at home engaging subject matter experts and stakeholders in developing and delivering solutions that meet and resolve business problems. 

I live in Atlanta, Georgia with my husband and 8-year-old daughter. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, practicing yoga, and hiking with my daughter. 

What drives me?

I firmly believe that learning is a continual process and, take pride in helping people accomplish their professional learning goals. From my experience, I have discovered that adults are best motivated to learn when they can relate to and build upon their existing experiences and skills. To that end, I employ learner-centric, experiential Instructional Design methodologies that result in highly engaging and effective learning outcomes. My ultimate objective is to make the learning experiences as seamless and straightforward as possible, catering to learners of all competencies.
